You will see an option on your home page, under Your Account, when you log into TurboTax to create W2's and 1099's form.

You will also see the option to prepare 1099 forms when you edit your business entries under Business Expenses, then choose Other Common Business Expenses. On the next screen choose Contract Labor and you will see the option Create and file W-2s and 1099's online with TurboTax Quick Employer Forms:

If you are using the desktop TurboTax product, you will see an option on your home screen when you log into the program that says Create Employer Forms along with a link to Create 1099/W2 that you can click on to access the Quick Employer Forms. You will see a similar option when you log into the TurboTax Business desktop product.

You will also see a link on the File menu option on the top left of your screen in the desktop version of TurboTax.
