Question

I am reporting crypto earnings/losses all together, but also receive a 1099-MISC from one exchange. Can I just ignore this if this number is already included?

The overall number is captured by the Schedule D, and Forms 8949 generated by my accounting software. So do I have to specify the 1099-MISC separately?

If all your transactions have been reported then you do not have to enter that form 1099-MISC.

Just keep it in your tax records together with any of your worksheets or other records showing that the transactions on that form 1099-MISC have already been included in your tax return.
