I believe am eligible for.l a refund advance but can't as filed with self employed software accidently.

I erroneously filed using turbo tax self employed platform/software and as such an being incorrectly denied an advance on my most recent tax return/s.

You are not able to apply for a Refund Advance after you've already filed your return with the IRS. Please see this Help Article for more information.
