I do not see 1099-NEC as a choice under "Let's get an idea of your financial picture" when I started the online version. I told them I was self-employed. What do I do?

TurboTax Self Employed Online

To enter your self-employed business, open your return and go to Federal >> Income & Expenses. Click Start beside Self-employment income and expenses. Enter the basic info for your business, then enter Form 1099-NEC under Income. TurboTax will walk you through all these steps.
