I gave a 1099 NEC to someone taking care of my child. Where do I put it on my taxes?

If the childcare provider worked in your home, you should have issued a W-2, not a 1099NEC.    There was no need for you to issue a 1099NEC if the childcare provider worked in his/her own home or in some other location other than your home.   You simply enter the childcare credit and enter the SSN or Tax ID of the babysitter in Federal>Deductions and Credits>You and Your Family>Child and Dependent Care Credit.   The babysitter will be responsible for reporting their own self-employment income.
