Question

I got a 1099-K for hobby income - where do I report it? Self-employment income section wrongly charges me a SE tax, and Misc Income doesn't seem to be for 1099-K

The Misc Income section seems to be for hobby income without a 1099-K, and I can't figure out a way to submit it through Self Employment without being subjected to the SE tax.

    You can enter your hobby income (money you earned from a leisure activity) that's not for profit from Form 1099-K in the Other Common Income Section of Wages & Income.  You will enter in the 1099-K section and choose Hobby Income:
