I have completed my businesstaxes and working on mypersonal taxes. I did not pay myself for 2020 but did tradestocks and Bitcoin for cash. Do I still state self-employed?

Yes, you will state you are self-employed. If you completed your business taxes, then income earned for the business would be your income if you are a sole proprietor or a single member LLC that did not choose to be taxed as an S-Corp.  

 

If you are casually buying and selling stocks and bitcoins that would be considered investment income unless you are buying and selling the stock for someone else. If you are doing it as a business, or charging others a fee for this activity, then the fees you earn would be considered self-employment income as well.
