I'm not self employed but I filed self employed will that affect my taxes?

I got a new job and I am not self employed I had w2s but my taxes got filed under self employed with turbo tax, will that effect my taxes?

If you entered your W2s and did not complete the information for a Schedule C, you did not file as Self-employed.  Check your W2s to see if STATUTORY EMPLOYEE is checked- if so, you would have been prompted to complete the Self-Employment information.  See Statutory Employees.
