I'm the beneficiary of my fathers estate. Although he passed in2021, he still gets 1099NECs. Do I have to pay self employment taxes on that?

No. This is reported as miscellaneous (Other) income (it is IRD - income in respect of a decedent).

 

The salary/wages are only subject to withholding for social security and Medicare taxes if paid during the calendar year of death.
