I pay for QB / Turbo Tax Self-Employed Bundle but Turbo Tax is charging filings fees

I have been paying for the QB / Turbo Tax Self Employed bundle since August of last year, but as I am trying to file my returns, Turbo Tax is attempting to charge me $128 to file a federal and state return. I asked to have an Intuit support rep call me, which they did, but the call was disconnected as soon as she started looking into my account info...so hoping someone here can provide a solution to remove the fees.
