I purchased Turbo Tax 2022 Home and Buisness at Costco and I cannot start the Business returns, 1120S

If you need to prepare a return for a C corps or S corps, you need TurboTax Business, which can only be used on a Windows computer.

xmasbaby0 is correct, so in order to file a non-individual/business form (1120C, 1120S, 1065, etc.) you would need TurboTax Business, not TurboTax Home and Business to prepare these type of forms.
