Question

I received 1099-LTC from my Insurance. Do I need to issue 1099 MISC or NEC to the aide that I paid these money? If not, how do she I will report it on taxes?

    Yes, you can issue a 1099-NEC to you aide for the payments that you made,  You can create a 1099-NEC using TurboTax Online or Desktop. Refer to the TurboTax Help article How do I create W-2 and 1099 forms for my employees or contractors? for instructions.

    Thank you . IRS site states that : File Form 1099-NEC, Nonemployee Compensation, for each person in the course of your business. Its still ok to use it as a person to person?

    Yes.  If you as an individual are issuing the 1099s to another individual then that is how you would report it.
