I received a 1099-K form but I am not self employed. My wife and I use Venmo and Google Wallet to split bills. These are not taxable payments so do I have to report it?

If the Venmo and Google wallet are private transactions and do not represent income for you, then you do not have report the form 1099-K on your tax return.
You have to keep these forms in your tax records together with any proof you may have that the transactions do not constitute income.
