I received a 1099K for payment card and third party network transactions. I was not self employed. I worked as a Barber but was a salary employee & received a normal w2, I also received a 1099k for credit card payments made at my place of employment but for my services rendered. It will not let me enter any info under other income for the 1099k, Im confused & dont know where to report this income? Help

Could you please clarify if the income received on the 1099K is in addition to what was reported on your W-2

A 1099-K is usually reported as business income: however, if this is not the case enter the income in TurboTax by going to

    1. Wages & Income
    2. Miscellaneous Income and
    3. selecting the last option. Other reportable income
    4. Enter the description as income from 1099-K and the amount.

In this case the Form number is not as important as reporting the income correctly.  Be sure to keep a copy of the 1099-K with your record in case there is ever any question.
