Question

I tried computer expense under 1099 self employed income. I didn't really buy one but it won't let me delete the asset entry worksheet. Help?

I put that I purchased a computer on the self employed expense but how do I delete this information?

To delete the underlying Asset Entry Worksheet, you have to delete the Asset from your Schedule C.

 

Go to the Assets/Depreciation section of your Schedule C.  The next screen should show a summary page of all assets you have entered.  Find the entry for the computer and click the trash can icon or Delete next to it.  This will remove the asset and the worksheet.
