Question

I upgraded to self employment version, because have W2 income & business expenses from Construction Biz started 2021, no income just biz expenses how access schedule C?

I just want to access schedule C for expenses only.  So do i need to use Self Employment Version of Turbo Tax?

Yes, when using the TurboTax online editions you have to use the Self-Employed edition to report your business expenses on Schedule C.

Yes.  You can only enter self employment income into the lower versions.  You will have to start the self employment area and enter a bunch of stuff about your business before you get to expenses.
