what question triggers a form SE?

TurboTax Self Employed Online

To clarify, did you receive a 1099 MISC , 1099 NEC, or 1099K? If so, why was the form issued?

Never got any of those forms so we must have triggered the SE form somehow in the interview, but where?

Not sure but you may wish to clear and start over in your return. the reason i say this is that i notice you are preparing your return in Turbo Tax Self-Employed Online. If you do not have self-employment income, you do not need to pay for this more expensive return.

Just make sure when you reenter your tax information, do not indicate you have business income
