I work a minimum wage job have epilepsy live in a low income based department can’t drive and I’m only getting 2 dollars back does this sound right?

If you have one w-2 from a job you worked at all year and you have no dependents or tax credits, yes, it would be common to come out even at the end of the year. You may want to adjust your W-4 to have a little more deducted each pay period if you would like a bigger refund next year. Complete a new W-4
