Question

I work from home and am self employed. Can I deduct how much I pay for rent and internet to reduce my taxable income? I am a content creator.

    You can directly deduct the cost of the internet in your expenses. For the rent, you can claim this as a Home office Expense if you qualify for a home office deduction. This is listed as a separate category of expense in your TurboTax return.
