Question

I worked for a Canadian Company as a Freelancer from the US and got paid via a Wise account. What forms do I need for US taxes? I paid the estimated taxes already.

I was paid in CAD and converted to USD within Wise and then transferred to my US bank. I never stepped foot into Canada for any of this work. Trying to figure out what forms I will need to report this income.
