You will need to enter each W-2 separately and enter your self-employment income on the Schedule C form.

To enter your W-2's separately in TurboTax Online, follow these steps:

  1. Click Add/Edit beside Job (W2)
  2. Click Add W2
  3. Enter W2 Info
  4. Once the first W2 is entered you will repeat steps 1-3 for the second W2

To create a Schedules C in TurboTax Online, follow these steps:

  1. Click Wages & Income
  2. Click Add/Edit on Self-Employment
  3. Enter the interview questions

Make sure to answer the question regarding if you received self-employment income from a previous employer accurately.  The Qualified Business Income Deduction is affected if any income earned while self-employed is from a previous employer.

The IRS will impose additional penalties if an audit is performed and income is proven to be from a previous employer.
