If I didn't track any expenses for Uber eats and Doordash do I still enter my car info and mileage because I don't know how many miles I drove?

No, if you didn't track your mileage you will not be able to claim the deduction. The IRS requires you to keep adequate records or provide sufficient evidence to claim the mileage.

Please see Filing Taxes for On-Demand Food Delivery Drivers for additional information.

So I shouldn't include my vehicle at all?

No, since you cannot claim any mileage you don't need to include your vehicle.

I would recommend starting records for 2023 if you continue working as a food delivery driver.
