PTO wages should not be reported on a 1099-NEC. These should be included on your W2. I would ask your employer for a corrected W2. If that is not possible, here is how you can report the income:
Search for 1099-NEC and select the Jump to link.
On the What type of income.. screen select Income that should've been reported on a W2.
Enter your 1099-NEC according to the form you received and click Continue.
Choose Yes, when asked if you also received a W2 from [Employer Name] and click Continue.
Select Continue.
Page 11 of the IRS Instructions, shows what payments should not be included on a 1099-NEC and specifically says:
Do not report in box 1: An employee's wages, travel or auto allowance, or bonuses and prizes (report on Form W-2);
