Probably not, but it depends on what the intent of issuing the corrected form was. Contact the payer to see what's going on.
If the issuer intends that you should have no income reported as the payee, then use the corrected (blank) one. The IRS will get the same corrected version and know that the original Form 1099-MISC is incorrect.
However, if the correction was only issued to correct some non-monetary issue on the form, and you actually did receive the income reported on the original form, you'd need to use the dollar amounts on the original.
