You can use the NOL Worksheet to calculate your NOL, which you then enter in your Federal return. You can't upload a PDF to attach to your state return in TurboTax. You can enter your NOLs in TurboTax by following these steps: Within your Federal return, click on Income & Expenses at the top of the screen Scroll down to Other Business Situations and click Show more Choose Start on the line for Net Operating Loss/QBI Carryforward Loss and progress through the interview. @JAA6

Thanks for the information but I was able to upload it using the forms mode icon on upper right of screen.

I opened the forms mode, clicked on NOL worksheet on left side panel. Which brought up the NOL worksheet then at the bottom it gave me three options, print, pdf and close. Selected pdf, saved it, then uploaded it to my state return.
