Inherited Traditional IRA taxes

I inherited a traditional IRA in 2020.  If I have the brokerage fees withdrawn from the IRA, is that a taxable withdrawal?

Yes.  Any distribution from a Traditional IRA is taxable income reguardless of what the money is used for.
