So I have a question , I just recently filed my husband and I tax form, but we also have an LLC together which I did not include on this year’s taxes due to the fact we had no income or expenses that year in our business. So my question is do I still have to file taxes for this company ? And if I were to have to do it’s taxes do I have to amend the taxes I have already done or I just file a new one for the business itself .

If your LLC is a domestic partnership that usually files a Form 1065, there is no need to file at all without any income or expenses.
