Million dollars & I barely made minimum wage- its still showing this- what is going on

Clear you tax return and start over.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2023 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

You have typos, extra zeros and/or misplaced decimals in the amounts you entered from your W-2(s).  Go back and double check all of the amounts you entered and find the mistakes.    Delete the W-2 and enter it again from scratch.  Do not snap a photo, do not import it, KEY it in by hand going very very slowly and carefully. Watch out for the decimal and comma that are next to each other on the keyboard -- it is easy to strike the wrong one.

You have a typo or typos in your return.   Have you entered other forms other than w-2?   Or what else have you entered?
