My 1099K from Paypal is from multiple income sources?

Hi I'm not fully understanding how to report my 1099K form. I had one Paypal email address in 2019, and I've received payments from multiple sources - a few different cash back apps, Swagbucks, for health coaching, and for virtual assisting. I have write offs for the health coaching and virtual assisting, but I'm not sure how to put all of this information in showing the multiple sources of income with one 1099K form?

I am filing under an S corp so it may be different, though, under the income, there is an option of doing it by categories. This is where I listed all the income sources. Hope this helps.
