Question

My 11 year old child made $8000 this year modeling. She received a 1099-NEC for non employee compensation. Can she report mileage exp. from my car to/from jobs?

Yes, she may.

IRS Form 1099-NEC reports self-employment income and vehicle mileage is an ordinary and necessary expense that can offset self-employment income.  Report the income and vehicle expense on IRS Form 1040 Schedule C Profit and Loss From Business.
