My w2 has me as a statutory employee in box 13. I was not self employed. I worked for a company. why and how should I continue with my filing?

Statutory employees are somewhere in between independent contractors and regular employees.

If you think box 13 on your W-2 shouldn't be checked, you need to contact your employer and ask them for a corrected W-2.
