My wife entered a pet photo on Chewy website and we won a $1,000 gift card to use only on Chewy.com we had to fill out a tax form and Chewy sent us a Form 1099-NEC.

Chewy should have sent you a 1099-MISC. But either way that should be entered into TurboTax as 'Other Income' at the very bottom of the 'Wages and Income' section. That way they won't charge your wife self-employment tax, Unless she is a professional pet photographer.
