Non-Maryland Losses and Adjustments

Lived in MD and made 20,284 which my employer took taxes out of. I also made 5,190 in VA from self-employment that was not taxed while living in MD. I later moved  to CA and made 11,920 that my employer took taxes out of and also made 2,100 in CA from self employment. How would this all calculate into Non-Maryland income and Non-Maryland Losses and Adjustments?

Virginia is a reciprocal state to Maryland for tax purposes, so the income you earned in Virginia should be entered on your Maryland tax return. The income you earned in California would be non-Maryland income
