You appear to be using desktop TurboTax. Here's how to enter the quarterly estimated tax payments you made toward your 2021 tax.

Federal Taxes tab (Personal tab in Home and Business)
Subtab "Deductions & Credits"
"I'll choose what I work on"
Your 2021 Deductions & Credits page
Scroll down to topic "Estimates and Other Taxes"
Choose subtopic "Estimates"
Under "Estimated Tax Payments" either choose to Visit All or choose the type of estimated tax payments you need to enter and click Start (or Update.)
