How to get to a qualified CPA or tax preparer during online Turbo Tax filing? It can be time consuming when someone contacted isn't familiar with the topic.

When you call us to ask questions regarding your taxes, you can always request to speak to a CPA. The Tax Expert or Tax Associate assisting you on the phone will see if any CPAs are currently available to speak to you. If no CPA is currently available, he/she will get your number and have a CPA call you back at a time that is convenient for you.
