I have had tenants in my condominium paying me rent from January through September.

I have received income from them, and have been deducting expenses such as utilities and property taxes based on square footage.

For the remaining three months of the year I will not be receiving income from them. How do I go about documenting my deductions for the entire year?

    When you file your taxes this year, simply enter the enter the deductions you have taken in the current year, from January to September. You only need to enter actual deductions (and income) on your return.
