sales/use taxes for out of state purchases

My state tax form says i need to enter an amount I spent, when I don't remember ever buying anything.

It won't let me enter 0.

Most state tax returns have a question about any online purchases where sales tax has not yet been paid.  If you are unable to move forward with a zero, first try to clear the field and do not enter anything.  If that doesn't let you proceed, you should try to enter $1 and move forward.
