I restarted my LLC this year. I also moved out of my residence to lease it to a business. What forms do I need in addition to the schedule c?

If you are self-employed, you will report income and expenses from your LLC on Schedule C (provided you did not make an election to for the LLC to be treated as a corporation for federal income tax purposes).

If you are renting property you own (real estate) to a third party, you will report income and expenses on Schedule E unless you are a real estate dealer or provide substantial services to your renters.
