Self employed, have a dependent, made 26000, why won't my refund go above 3000

No one can see your tax return or your information, so we do not know your filing status, the age of your dependent, the amount of self-employment income you entered, the expenses you put on Schedule C, etc. etc. etc.   If you are not really using the "Live" online self-employed software, then provide some details without any personal information.

Head of house hold my agi is 41000 and my net income is l0000 my dependent  is 8.

Your post above says you made $26,000; now you changed it to $41,000, and net of $10K.   How are we to make sense of the amounts you are citing?  We cannot see your return.  Consult with your live expert when they are back after the holiday weekend.
