If I'm self employed living & working in the U.S. but have one client outside of the U.S., how do I file this income?

Should it go in the "Foreign Earned Income" section or would this only be if I had physically worked abroad?

You don't have any foreign income to report unless you were paid to physically work for money outside of the U.S. The fact you have a client outside the U.S. doesn't matter here. All of your income was earned while *you* were physically in the country. So you have no foreign earned income.
