State tax on pension

I have state tax withheld from a pension, however, TurboTax did not ask that and so it seems it was not taken into account on my state tax form. how do i report that?

When entering the Form 1099-R there wax a box 14 to enter the State income taxes withheld, box 15 for the State Payers ID number and box 16 for State distribution.

Go back to the Form 1099-R and edit the form to enter the state information

Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R
