Question

This program isn't generating a schedule c for my 1099-misc. I've followed prompts, but there is no "jump to schedule c" link. Now what?

I've "revisited" the 1099-misc additional income line and everything is correct. After selecting "continue" to the point of filing, it states that a schedule c was not generated with the 1099-misc info. There appears to be a glitch.

Actually you can just enter it as Other self employment income or as Cash or General income. You don't need to get a 1099MISC, 1099NEC or 1099K. Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash. Only the total goes to schedule C. You should be entering the income from your own records.

You can enter Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to Premium version. Or use any of the Desktop CD/Download programs.
