You do not need to file the details of the 1099-K specifically in TurboTax Business.  I'm assuming you are using TurboTax Business to file either a Form 1065 Partnership return or a Form 1120S S-Corp return.

The 1099-K is reporting your 3rd party payment processing.  The gross proceeds of these payments are listed in boxes 1a and 1b.  On your return, these amounts should already be listed in your Business Income.

The fees & taxes should be listed in your Business Expenses and are commonly classified as Bank Charges or Merchant Fees.

The net payout is just an amount reflecting the difference between the gross amounts, less returns, and less the fees & taxes.  This amount is not specifically identified anywhere on your return.  It is, by default, appearing in your Total Income or Loss line item on your tax return.
