Uber Drivers: Deduction of Uber Fees and Adjustments?

Uber (Eats) provides a document outlining fees that "may be deductible", on page 2, table 1. The main line item is labeled "Uber Service Fee/Adjustments" and is marked as "may be deductible".

Can someone help clarify this? If they are indeed deductible, can someone let me know where/how to enter them in turbotax for self employed?

In the Self-employment section, Click Add expenses for this work to add your Uber Service Fees.

You can enter the Uber fees as Commissions

Thank you SO much...it was buried in there and honestly the wording is confusing...fees as expenses for commissions make sense if you think about it, but far for obvious.
