Question

Under what category does a "PCR Test" expense fall under? I am self employed, and i've been traveling. And a negative PCR test is required for international travel.

If your travel is required for your self-employment income then you can claim the cost of the test as a business expense.  The category is not specifically important, but since it's directly related to travel, I would classify it as travel expense.
