Unique Situation - Need Advice

In 2021, my husband's work moved from CA to NV.   I have a home-based business and didn't want to move my business mid-year and we still owned our home in CA.   We sold our home in CA Nov 2021 and moved into our new NV home end of Jan 2022.   I was physically in NV with my husband Jan of 2022 in a rental until our new home was ready; however, I could not change the address of my business until we closed escrow and received keys for our new home on 1/31/22.    I'm unclear if I should be selection the option that says I was in NV all of 2022 or if I should say that I lived in NV and worked in CA for 1 month.   Technically, I was located and working in NV.  Thanks!

Based on the description you have given; you were in Nevada for the entire year of 2022.  This is regardless of if you were in your new home, an apartment or a hotel room.  You were physically present, and your intention was to stay there as a resident.
