Question

What do I do when Uber Eats says I didn’t make enough to qualify for a 1099 document?

Specifically it says my earnings were below the IRS threshold

The IRS threshold is $600.  So, Uber Eats is saying that you made less than $600 this year.  And they won't be reporting what they paid you to the IRS.

You should still be able to figure out how much you made and how many miles you drove from logging in to the Uber Eats website.  You can use those numbers to prepare your schedule C even though you didn't receive a 1099.
