Question

Where do I report a 1099-NEC (not self-employed) if I'm a current resident in Puerto Rico and received an educational grant from payer in Virginia? Already file PR taxes.

I already filed local Puerto Rican taxes but there was no where to report this specific form 1099-NEC.
