Where may I enter 2021 federal ES payments paid in 2022 in the TT Deluxe edition? I had self-employed income in 2021, but none in 2022.

If it was for 2021 it goes on your 2021 return.  Did you pay the 2021 4th qtr estimate in Jan 2022?   It goes on 2021.  OR did you pay 1040 ES estimates in 2022 for 2022.  The ones Turbo Tax printed out when you filed your 2021 return?  Those were prepayments for 2022.  They go here
