Married couple owning an LLC in Oregon. Do we need the Business software for multiple member LLC or, since it is a community property state and we file jointly, do we use home and business? Self employed? Customer service didn't help.

Oregon is not a community property state.

And your husband-wife LLC is not a disregarded entity.

You have to prepare a LLC return (form 1065). You cannot use TurboTax online to prepare form 1065, but have to use TurboTax Business which is only available as a CD/Download on a Windows computer (not compatible with Mac).

TurboTax Business will prepare a Schedule K-1 for each spouse which you will enter in your personal return.
